Instructions: Saute first 3 ingredients in vegetable cooking spray in a large saucepan until chicken is done.
Process 1 can asparagus, potatoes, and broth in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Pour into saucepan, and stir in milk, pepper, and remaining asparagus. Cook over medium heat 7 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. This recipe yields 5 1/2 cups. Comments: For Creamy Asparagus Soup, omit chicken. Yield: 5 1/2 cups Email this Recipe:
