Instructions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine margarine or butter, crumbs, and sugar until well mixed. Pour into buttered 9-inch spring foam pan, and pat firmly into the bottom of pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool at room temperature. Chill in Refrigerator. Spread sour cream over chilled cheesecake.
