Instructions: This recipe comes from: Better Homes and Gardens CD Cookbook. In a large skillet cook meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic till meat is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain off fat. In a mixing bowl stir together beef gravy, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, thyme or sage and pepper. Stir into meat mixture. Heat through. Serve meat mixture over rice or noodles.
