Instructions: Beat the oil with the vinegar in a small bowl.
Mash the hard boiled egg yolks until smooth then gradually add the oil mixture beating well until blended. Gradually add the mustard garlic and lemon juice and mix well to form a creamy dressing. Fold in the dill weed capers and salt and pepper to caste. Serve lightly chilled. This is a recipe for a rich creamy and piquant caper dressing that is ideal to serve with lamb or fish salads.
