Put in food processor and process till mixture just starts to hold together. Divide into 2 and form into disks-refrigerate. Filling: 1. Roll out dough into circle. Spread 2 tablespoons apricot preserves all over, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and chopped walnuts. 2. Cut and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 3.
