Instructions: Preheat oven to 375. Layer 1/3 sharp cheddar cheese, chiles, sour cream, mild cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack in 8x8-inch baking dish. Repeat layering twice. Bake until Cheddar cheese is melted & center is set (about 30 minutes). Serve hot.
