Instructions: This very cool dip is a nice complement to spicy dishes or just by itself.
Its pale-green color and mild taste go well with many dishes. I like serving it along with a strong fish mousse or seafood dip with a large variety of dippers. Mix well all of the ingredients except the cucumbers and the chervil or parsley. Fold in the cucumbers. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve chilled. Email this Recipe:
