Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 tbl cider vinegar or white
1/2 tsp dried dill
Instructions:
Instructions: Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Taste.

You
can add more mustard if you want. Chill.

Makes 1 cup.

Serve with cut-up veggies.
