2 tbl butter or margarine
1 med onion chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 lrg red bell pepper chopped
1 pkt frozen English peas - (16 oz) thawed
1 can sliced water chestnuts - (8 oz) drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz) undiluted
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onion, celery, and bell pepper; saute until tender.

Stir in peas, water chestnuts, and soup; cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with noodles.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
