Instructions: Beat 1 tsp. ground ginger into dough. Roll out 1/8" thick; cut out using 2" round cutter. Bake 10 minutes. In small bowl beat one 8 oz pack softened cream cheese & 2 Tbls. confectioners sugar & 2 Tbls.
