2 tbl prepared horseradish
1 tsp cider or white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: In a bowl, combine first six ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables.

Makes 1 cup.
