Instructions: MIX together milk, sour cream and liqueur in small bowl until smooth. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture into individual dessert dishes.
SPRINKLE crumbled macaroons evenly over pudding. Top with remaining pudding. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with additional cookies, if desired. NOTE: 1/4 teaspoon almond extract may be substituted for the almond liqueur. MAKES 4 servings, Prep time: 15 minutes Email this Recipe:
