Instructions: Says Tom: I add one teaspoon of my favorite mustard to fat-free or low-fat sour cream. Mix to blend. It has a nice tang and, of course, the creaminess of mayo. You can use plain yogurt with mustard, but not right out of the cup. Strain it through a coffee filter for two hours first, if youve got the time.
Notes: For me, there is no substitute for mayo, healthful or regular, but you might want to try my mustard trick if you find yourself in a pinch. - Email this Recipe:
