* 26cm bar ban, line base and sides with foil, grease foil 1. combine marshemallows, butter and water in saucepan. 2. stir over low heat until marshmallows have disolved; cook until mixture is simmering. 3. remove from heat, stir in chocolate pieces and essence, continue stirring until chocolate is melted. 4. stir in the almonds. 5. pour mixture into prepared pan, refrigerate until set; cut into slices then remove and cut into desire lengths. I also find cherries and coconut can add flavours too...also haveing SMALL pieces seems to stop me eating so much of this fudeg! /CANDY Email this Recipe:
