1/4 cup butter
4 cup light cream
2 pt oysters with their liquor
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp celery salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in a saucepan and add cream simmering over low heat. Add oysters and Worcestershire sauce and cook over low heat until their edges start to curl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and celery salt and serve.

Chefs Notes: Use fat-free Half and Half in place of the cream.
