Instructions: In crock pot combine onion, garlic, apples, sugar, sage, pepper. Coat pork with flour and put on top of mixture. Pour in wine. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours.
Mix cornstarch and whipping cream into small bowl. Pour into pork mixture about 15 minutes before you want to serve. If crock pot is on low, turn to HIGH. Cook until bubbly! Season with salt. Serve with cornmeal biscuits! Email this Recipe:
