1 ct sour cream - (8 oz)
1/4 cup milk
3 x green onions - (to 4) minced
1/2 cup shredded 4-cheese blend - (2 oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mash potatoes in a large bowl. Stir in sour cream and remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.

Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Comments: To make ahead, prepare casserole; cover and freeze up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator overnight; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
