14 oz Frozen shredded potatoes, thawed (4 1/2 cups)
1 cup Frozen peas
4 oz Thinly sliced ham, chopped (very lean)
1 can Reduced calorie Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tbl Flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. In large bowl combine potatoes, peas, ham. In a small bowl mix flour, parsley, salt, pepper into soup. Pour over potato mixture and blend well. Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with butter cooking spray. Bake 25-30 mins.
