Instructions: 1. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, mustard and sugar until smooth.
2. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, peas, pepper and onions. 3. Pour dressing over all and toss to blend. 4. Chill at least two hours or overnight. TO SERVE: Spoon salad into a large brown lined with spice and and top with bacon. Email this Recipe:
