Instructions: Mix 1/3 of the diced tomatoes into cream cheese to further soften. (A fork usually works best.) Remaining tomatoes should stir in easily. Chill well. Dip will be pink, creamy, and a little chunky. Serve with tortilla chips, and you wont have any left! (Doubles easily for a bigger crowd.)
