Instructions: Heat the olive oil in a small pan. Add garlic and onion and saute over medium-low heat until the onion is translucent.
In food processor, blend the tofu until it reaches a uniform consistency. Pour the blended tofu into saute pan with the garlic and onion, and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add water, tamari, and basil to the pan and cook for 5 minutes more. Pour the tofu sauce over cooked pasta. Toss well and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
