Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 lrg	Onion, chopped
1/4 cup	Butter
3 med	Sweet potatoes, peeled, chopped
3 med	Zucchini, chopped
1 bn	Broccoli, chopped
2 qt	Chicken stock OR
2 qt	Vegetable broth
2 med	Red potatoes, shredded
3 x	Cloves garlic, minced
1 can	Creamed corn OR 3/4 cup fresh corn kernels
1 tsp	Celery seed
1 tsp	Ground cumin
2 tsp	Salt
1 tsp	Pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all ingredients in a 4 to 5 quart crockpot except cream. Cook on the low setting 6 to 8 hours or until sweet potatoes are tender. Ten minutes before serving, add the cream, if using. Heat through and serve.
