Vegetable cooking spray
2 med onions thinly sliced
12 oz mixed wild mushrooms * sliced
2 x cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup dry red wine or vegetable stock
12 oz broccoli florets and sliced stalks
1 pkt frozen vegetable protein burgers (9 ounces) thawed
and crumbled
1 cup fat-free half and half
2 tbl flour
1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
Salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: * (Shitake, oyster, enoki, cremini, etc.)

1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes. Add wine, broccoli, and vegetable burgers; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until broccoli is tender, 8 to 10 minutes.

2. Mix half and half, flour, and mustard; stir into vegetables. Heat to boiling; boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream and dill week and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Serve over noodles.
