Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb Pasta, Rigatoni
2 tbl Olive oil
2 oz Zucchini, diced
2 oz Green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup Plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Mushroom caps, sliced
1/4 cup Heavy cream
1 tsp Crushed red pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp White pepper
1 dsh Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta according to directions. In a frying pan heat olive oil and add the zucchini, green pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms. Saute until tender.

Add the cream and remove from the heat. Stir in crushed pepper, garlic powder, white pepper and salt.

Place back on heat and add pasta. Toss until fully coated. Spoon pasta mixture into platter and garnish with red bell pepper. Mangia Mangia!!

Suggested Wine: Chianti Classico Reserva

Serving Ideas : Garlic bread and a salad is easy and bone sticking.

NOTES : Any type of pasta will work here, use what you got.
