Instructions: Saute onion, garlic powder and chicken in olive oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies and remaining seasonings. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Serve immediately with warm corn bread. I like to add jalapeno and cheddar cheese to my corn bread mix for added flavor and punch.
