1/2 lb	Black beans cooked until tender,
	cooled - (2 to 2 1/2 cups)
1 cup	Roasted corn kernels
1/4 cup	Diced red onion
1/4 cup	Diced red bell pepper
2 tbl	Chopped cilantro
	Juice of 1 lemon
	Juice of 1 lime
	Salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Drain beans. In a bowl combine beans with remaining ingredients; season to taste with salt and pepper.

This recipe yields about 4 cups.
