2 lrg ripe avocados, seeded and peeled
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup half and half
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
Instructions: Place avocados, salt, cream, and lemon juice into blender. Blend to a smooth pur*e.

Heat chicken broth. Pour pur*e into warmed bowls or tureen, slowly add hot broth. Add sherry.

Garnish with a thin slice of lime, avocado, or sprig of cilantro or dab of sour cream.

Serve warm or chilled. To reheat, use a double boiler.
