Instructions: Add 3 tablespoons creme de menthe to prepared cake mix. Stir well until batter is smooth. Bake according to package directions for 9x13-inch pan. When done, set cake aside to cool. Top with fudge sauce. Mix remaining 2 tablespoons creme de menthe into whipped topping. Spread on cake over fudge sauce. Keep refrigerated.
Makes 18-24 servings. Joyce Says: This is a hit wherever its served. My family really enjoys it. The combination of chocolate and mint compliment each other. Its a cool desert but is very good in the winter months also. Email this Recipe:
