Instructions: Combine marshmallows & milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt. Stir in creme de menthe. Chill until thick. Combine marshmallow mixture with 1 cup whipped cream, beating until well blended. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill. To serve, top with dollops of whipped cream & sprinkle with grated toffee bar.
