1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup Bourbon or sherry
2 tbl Soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients well. Add meat and marinate up to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Remove from marinade. Pad dry with paper towels and place in smoker. Smoke using your favorite fuels. Cook in your favorite way and lightly apply marinade to meat while cooking
