Instructions: Heat oil in large heavy skillet or pot; brown beef about 2 minutes, stirring constantly; drain. Add onions, pepper and celery and saute for 3 minutes. Add Creole seasoning and stewed tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat about 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
