Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb Certified Angus Beef bottom round steak cut /2" cubes
2 tsp Vegetable oil
1 lrg Onion chopped
1 lrg Green bell pepper chopped
4 stalk Celery chopped
1 tbl Creole seasoning to taste
2 can Stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz ea)
(Cajun style if available)
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oil in large heavy skillet or pot; brown beef about 2 minutes, stirring constantly; drain. Add onions, pepper and celery and saute for 3 minutes. Add Creole seasoning and stewed tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat about 25 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serve over hot cooked rice.
