1/2 lb fresh rotelle pasta cooled al dente
8 oz sweet butter
1/2 qt heavy cream
3 tbl Cajun seasoning
1 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat butter in deep skillet until bubbly hot. Add seasoning and stir until well-blended. Add heavy cream and cook until reduced by half. Add green onions, cooled pasta and crawfish meat with fat. Heat through.
