Instructions: Place bacon in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave at high (100%) until brown, 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Drain all but 1 tablespoon bacon fat. Add onion and pepper. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) until onion is tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
