9 x deep dish pie shell
4 x eggs
1/2 oz cream cheese soften
1/4 cup sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
Instructions:
Instructions: Precook a deep dish pie shell in 400 oven for 15 minutes; cool. Mix cream cheese, 1 egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla. Spread this mixture evenly over bottom of pie shell. Mix together remaining eggs, brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, corn syrup and pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 45 minutes. Let cool then refrigerate before cutting. Serve with dollop of whipped cream. Bayou Bar & Grill, San Diego
