1 cup	Crisp fried bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup	Chopped sour pickles
2 tbl	Olive oil
1/2 cup	Chopped celery
12 cup	Chopped onions
1/2 cup	Chopped shallots
1/2 cup	Mayonnaise

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients and chill before serving. Will serve 10 to 12.
