2 x green onions cut 1" pieces
1/2 x celery stalk cut 1" pieces
2 tbl coarsely-chopped parsley
2 tbl canola oil
1 tbl prepared horseradish
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 x garlic clove cut in half
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground white pepper
1 dsh hot sauce
2 lb medium shrimp cooked, peeled,
Instructions:
Instructions: In a food processor, process all ingredients (except shrimp) until fairly smooth. Transfer to a large bowl.

Toss shrimp in dressing. Chill one hour.

To serve, line 6 plates with shredded lettuce and divide shrimp on top.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
