1 dsp oil
2 x Cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 x 400 g can chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
----------------- CREOLE ----------------
1 dsp oil
1 x Green pepper, diced
2 stalk celery, chopped
1 x Onion, chopped
1 x Yellow courgette, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: To prepare the sauce, heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the garlic. Cook for several minutes then add the tomatoes and continue to cook for several minutes, then add seasoning.

In a separate pan prepare the Creole. Heat the oil and add the pepper, celery, onions and courgettes. Cook over a high temperature for several minutes. Pour the sauce over the vegetables, place the lid on top and simmer over a low heat for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
