1/3 cup dry white wine
2 tbl chopped green onions
1/2 lb Scallops
1/2 lb Shrimp
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
3 tbl butter or margarine
3 tbl flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup light cream
2 tbl chopped fresh parsley
10 x cooked crepes (recipe below)
Instructions:
Instructions: Simmer onions, Shrimp, Scallops and mushrooms in the wine for 5 minutes.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in salt and flour. Pour in cream and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Drain seafood and add. Fill the cooked crepes; fold and put in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
