2 x eggs
450 ml milk
1 tbl oil
200 ml water
200 gm plain flour, sifted
1/2 tsp baking powder
50 gm castor sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Kaya (get a tub from the night-market or make your own)

Combine eggs, milk, oil and water in a bowl. Beat together until just blended.

Put sifted flour, sugar and salt together in a mixing bowl and add the egg and milk mixture. Mix into a smooth batter.

Strain the batter before use.

Spoon a small amount of batter into a preheated buttered or oiled pan and swirl the pan so as to coat the bottom with batter.

Cook over medium heat and when crepe sets, turn it over so as to cook the other side. Remove crepe on to a plate.

Spread on a layer of kaya and roll or fold before serving.
