Instructions: Whip cream until stiff. Fold in sugar, vanilla, brandy, 1/4 cup chestnut syrup and the chopped glace chestnuts.
Spoon about 1 tblsp onto one end of crepe and roll up. Dust with icing sugar and serve. Glace chestnuts are available in most continental delis. Not to be confused with water chestnuts used in oriental cookery. Email this Recipe:
