Instructions: Heat frying pan with the vegetable oil and add chopped onion and thyme. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped garlic together with the tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp and mix thoroughly. Cook 1 minute and add salt and pepper.
