Instructions: In a large bowl, mix rice cereal, candy corn and miniature chocolate chips together. Set aside. Melt butter or margarine and marshmallows in a large pan; stir until smooth. Add orange food coloring to marshmallow mixture. Add marshmallow mixture to cereal mixture; stir quickly to combine. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch buttered baking pan. Press to flatten with buttered hands. While warm, press on candy pumpkins spaced 1 to 1/2-2 inches apart. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
