1 x Sweet onion or red onion
Thinly sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat skillet on medium heat. Add oil and onions, season with salt & pepper and saute for 3 minutes or until onions are beginning to turn golden. Reduce ehat and cook another 5 minutes or until onion are golden brown and slightly crisp.
