Instructions: Make a stiff dough with the flour ghee salt sesame seeds and water as needed.
Make equal sized balls 3cm in diameter. Then roll out each ball to a flat disc 12cm in diameter. Heat a griddle and gently place the roti on it. Lower the heat and dot the roti with ghee. Turn over once and cook until both the sides are crisp. Serve hot (immediately if possible). This recipe is for a bread that goes well with a meat curry. It is a bread made on special occasions.
