2 med potatoes Scrubbed and cut in 6 wedges each
2 tbl Butter Melted
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In an 11x7x1 1/2- or 9x9x2 inch baking pan, combine melted margarine or butter, garlic salt, and pepper. Place potatoes, cut side down in melted margarine mixture in baking pan; turn each wedge over to coat. Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till tender and cut sides of potatoes are browned and crispy, turning potatoes once during baking. Salt lightly and serve while hot.
