Instructions: Heres one more from my SAR cookbook. Its an old favorite with my family.
WAsh and pat dry chicken Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roll chicken in Thousand Island dressing and then in corn flake crumbs, till well coated. Arrange on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (till crispy). *Dressing and corn flake crumbs may need more or less depending on size of chicken. Note: You can also use chicken cutlets instead of a whole chicken. Email this Recipe:
