Ingredients:

100 gm Flour
A pinch of salt
1 x Egg, beaten
Water as required
Oil for deep frying
12 gm Sugar substitute powder
1 x Apple, peeled, cored and cubed (200 g)
8 x Fresh strawberries, sliced
2 x Pineapple slices, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
8 x Orange slices, segmented
1 x Banana, sliced
1 tbl Cornstarch, (15 g)
Instructions:
Instructions: MIX the flour, salt and beaten egg Add enough water and bind to stiff dough. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Knead again, roll into paper-thin sheets and cut into 2.5 cm broad strips. Deep fry the rolled strips in hot oil till crisp and arrange on a platter.

Melt the sugar substitute powder in a hot pan with a little water, add cut fresh fruits and lightly saute them. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water to a smooth paste. Add to the pan and stir well. Serve piping hot fruits on crusts, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

NOTES : Sugar coated fresh fruits served on a bed of crisp fried biscuits
