Instructions: In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and 1 tsp salt. With fork, stir in oil and 3/4 C water until dough comes together. On floured surface, knead dough 2 min or until smooth. Wrap and chill 1 hr. Heat grill to high for direct heat or heat oven to 425F. Divide dough into 16 pieces. On floured surface, roll out dough as thinly as possible. Place on grill or on ungreased baking sheet in oven. Sprinkle with remaining salt and coat with olive oil cooking spray; cook 4 min, turning once, or until golden.
