Instructions: Beat egg, water, salt and pepper in shallow bowl until smooth.
Put bread crumbs into shallow dish. Melt margarine in non-stick frying pan. Dip minute steak into egg mixture, then into crumbs. Lay crumbed steak on waxed paper. Press with your hand to ensure crumbs stay on. Add to frying pan. Brown both sides, cooking to degree of desired doneness. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
