Instructions: Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla.
Add flour and orange peel; mix well. Spread into ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned. Spread with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool, cut into 1 inch (approximately) squares. (Quantity approximate.) Email this Recipe:
